Midi export

Export of music as MIDI file goes with [File menu|Save As] and select MIDI file.

All parts listed as audible in the score overview will be included in the MIDI file upon MIDI export.

If [Options|MIDI|MIDI-Text] is enabled, chord symbols and other lyrics that were used the music-to-be-exported will be included in the resulting midi-file.
