Export of music as MIDI file goes with [File|Save As] and select MIDI file.

All parts listed as audible in the part overview will be included in the MIDI file upon MIDI export.

Under [Options|MIDI Setup|MIDI Text] is selected, Chord Symbols and other lyrics in the music are included in the resulting MIDI file.
