Score
A score in MusiCAD means any music that consists of 1 or more more parts on one or more stave. As soon as a melody has [score view] checked, all rules for scores apply (even if it consists of only 1 part).
A piano part is, as far as MusiCAD is concerned, a score of a left hand in F clef and right hand in treble clef connected with a brace.
Defining score layout is done using score overview:
- assigning a part to a stave (possibly more parts to one staff);
- making parts invisible;
- part properties (bow direction, instrumentation etc.);
- brace
- omit bars that consist of rests.
