Note spacing

Note spacing is mainly regulated by two parameters from thew note layout dialog: minimum and maximum note distance, both defaulting to 100%. If minimum note distance is set to 0 short notes may touch. If maximum note distance is also set to 0% all note will touch. Most of the time values around 100% will get best results.

On the main screen you can use <shift> and <shift> to change note distance.
