The cursor is the pointer MusiCAD will use to represent the current position where actions will take place. Depending of the situation the cursor may have a different shape.
if the cursor points to an existing note | |
if cursor was moved to new position with <> or <> | |
if you are about to enter new notes | |
if the cursor points to an object that has no duration (other than notes and rests) |
Cursor movement:
When moving the cursor up or down with <↑> <↓> you can make the cursor point to the position where you want the new note to be inserted with <Enter>.
