Natural
A natural - written as 
- before a note will set its pitch to its default for the current key signature.
The natural will restore a sharp to a non-sharp and a flat to a non-flat
To insert a natural you may use the accidental-menu but most of the time it's easier to alter pitch using <+> or <->.
A natural may be suppressed or explicitly inserted as courtesy accidental
