The command line may be used to start MusiCAD in a different way.
Command line options are:
/A | Play immediately. |
/C | Save as .ABC |
/E | Save as PDF |
/F | Full screen without title bar |
/N | Do not open last melody. |
/M | Save as MIDI |
/O | Restore default settings |
/P | Print immediately. |
/R | Rewrite a melody using predefined settings |
/S | Suppress splash-screen |
/T | Open melody in text-mode |
/Z | Safe mode |
To convert an existing melody to its abc-equivalent use a command like:
"c:\Program Files\Musys Software\MusiCAD 4.2\mc4.exe" /C /S adelita.mc
